Great experience working with Rita!
We were lucky to find Rita when we were moving to Florida. First she helped us find a short term rental so we would have a place to live while we looked for a permanent home. Rita visited multiple units and face-timed us in North Carolina so we could see each one and choose the best fit for us. When we started looking for a permanent home, Rita was more than happy to show us a long list of properties, ones she recommended as well as any we found through online searches.
