Margaret was a blessing in helping me get my condo in a Lauderdale By the Sea.
Margaret helped immensely with getting the P&S agreement put together, She secured a Title Company for my closing. She went above and beyond in getting all the condo documents and insurance policies for the property I bought. She helped me with dealing with the Mortgage Company I used in getting a mortgage. I highly recommend Margaret if your looking to buy in the Fort Lauderdale area. Margaret also helped me a short term rental before buying a condo. She is very knowledgeable about all Florida real estate laws.
