What can I say about Margaret Hart, except to say that she is amazing! I found Margaret’s name through a Google search. We were selling my parents second home and were not living in Florida but in New York. We decided to sell the house shortly after my parents death. As soon as I spoke with Margaret, I knew we were in good hands. Margaret was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She was very familiar with our development and how to advertise and promote it. She understood how challenging selling a home was when we were out of state and she accommodated and helped us every step of the way. Because she knew we were not on sight, she would go and check up on the house on a regular basis. When we had an issue with a noisy neighbor, she installed cameras to make sure he would no longer trespass. When we dealt with needing to fix the AC and the roof, Margaret not only found the contractors for us but was on hand to let them in and to make sure the job was finished. When we needed to sell my father’s car, she asked her brother for help. In other words, she was a Godsend. And through it all, she did it all with warmth and understanding. Margaret was incredible throughout my entire home buying process especially as a first time buyer. She was extremely informative every step of the way and truly gave motherly vibes in the best sense. She consistently went the extra mile in ways I have noticed many realtors simply do not.
