Margaret Combs, introduced and recommended by a mutual friend, and I shared an instant connection with the sharing of the same kind of old fashioned first name. I liked her, and knew that I could work with her, from the moment we met. She was kind, low key and very personable. Right off, I referred to her as TOM (The Other Margaret). As I was selling my home of nearly 50 years, I had very little knowledge of how and why the current real estate market operates. Margaret was very gracious with all of my questions, educated me throughout the process and kept me well informed. The listing and sale went very quickly and without a hitch. Margaret acknowledged that this wasn’t just a business transaction o final transfer of ownership.
