Where do I even begin? Margaret came in and was honest, reliable and made every difficult obstacle look easy. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible, honest...Margaret and her team are 100% committed to their clients from start to finish. We had lots of issues regarding permits and outdated structural zoning requirements. Being 3 hrs away in PA, there was no way to navigate it by myself. Margaret was able to navigate through the process and get the house up to code with the village and during a pandemic! She was able to foresee any potential problems and being resourceful was always one step ahead to manage the situation. I know how stressful it was, but she was always cool under pressure. From scheduling open houses promptly, picking up late night phone calls, to walking through the house on our very last day when we got the keys. Over the years I have dealt with many real estate agents on both ends buying and selling. We do spec building and own investment properties, so I am dealing with real estate agents all the time. I have never had another real estate agent as thorough as Margaret. From day 1, we knew we were in good hands. Her market analysis and marketing of our investment property was spot on. She presented all our offers after she herself had analyzed all the details of the various offers. Not to mention that the home was sold after the first weekend on the market. This was no easy task as the property had some major drawbacks in terms of location. She handled all the engineers, appraisals, and final walk through herself. This was so helpful to us, as this property was quite a distance from our home and work. She did such a wonderful job, we have listed another property with her. That house as well sold after a week. Once again, a difficult sale that had some unique issues but sold immediately. We attribute this all to Margaret!
