Margaret was great throughout the whole process. She respected our wishes on the types of houses we wanted to see, but always had a few other options for us just in case. It was very evident right away that all of the other agents knew Margaret. I think this played heavily in our favor as she was always able to get us the inside scoop on the properties and get us appointments easily when needed. To begin, Margaret helped me through a very difficult situation...the sale of my parents' house. She was recommended to me by my attorney who had told me that she was "good and pleasant to work with". Although that was true, it was an understatement...Margaret goes above and beyond her responsibilities of Real Estate Agent. She kept me abreast of all activity / interest on the house, was in communication with me constantly by phone, text, and emails, met me at the house to help me pack up my parents' belongings, found organizations for me to donate assorted items to, and would meet with service people at the house when I wasn't able to. Additionally, she kept me informed of the comparative market analysis in the area regularly. I have dealt with other Real Estate Agents in the past and none of them can compare with Margaret. She is truly outstanding and lets the love of her job shine through with all she does. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me especially allowing me to express my grief / pain many a time throughout one of the hardest situations I ever experienced. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Margaret should consider themselves to be lucky. Margaret you are a godsend!

She represented our interests, was extremely knowledgeable about the process, provided good guidance and went above and beyond ay times with the town as we worked to close permits prior to closing.
