Rita was great! We contacted her based on a recommendation and she treated us like family from the beginning. We were just looking around at the start and a few months later we became serious. Rita guided us and showed us only the type of locations that we wanted. We were moving from NY and Rita held our hand all the way through the process. When we had delays selling our NY property, Rita was there to calm us down always saying, "don't worry, we will make it work". Ms. Ferrine is one-of-a-kind, she listened to my need carefully and only showed me properties that was in line with my preferences which made the process easy. Coming from another state and not being able to drive she took additional responsibility upon herself to drive me around. Who does that?! She has gone over-and-beyond her duties.
