When we started getting serious about looking for a house, she was very organized and took the time to explain the process thoroughly to us since we were first home buyers. We moved to the state a two years ago and the all process of baying a house in a new country looks so scary and intimidated for us. When we met Marcy she simplified everything for us. she made the journey from renting an apartment to homeowners a lot easier and even fun. Luckily our second attempt (in Marlborough, MA) was more successful. I think both houses may have been outside Marcy's normal operating zone; however, we have no regrets choosing Marcy as our realtor as we were both really impressed by the amount of research she put into each listing (e.g. school locations, locations of gas lines, etc). She was very responsive to emails or text messages and was flexible with booking showings around our work schedules. As first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, and Marcy was always willing to sit-down and explain the process. Overall we found Marcy to be very knowledgeable about the home buying process, and we're glad we chose her to be our realtor for our first home.

Marcy is the Babe Ruth of realtors! She is an amazing person and is the epitome of professionalism. She listens and caters to your needs and brings your vision of your future home to fruition. She is very responsive and responds to inquiries at any time of day or night. Marcy was referred to us through an industry acquaintance. She helped us through both the selling and purchasing process. She brought great knowledge and experience with helping sell/show our home. She was never pushy with trying to persuade us one way or another but would offer her opinion based on her experience. She was always available to show our home for open houses and private showings and made herself available for all of the home selling steps along the way up to our closing. With the purchasing process, she went above and beyond with due diligence on researching any of the homes we were interested in and was always ready to meet us for showings and open houses.
