What wonderful things DON’T I have to say about Marcy?? Right from the first time we spoke, my husband and I knew Marcy was the perfect fit for us for a realtor. We let her know that we were interested in multiple towns/areas and she didn’t bat an eye! Marcy was consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to our requests and questions. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable throughout the home buying process and never made us feel pressured to make an offer on a home before we were ready. She was kind and respectful to us and to other realtors at showings (even when they did not show her the same courtesy). Marcy helped us during a NUTTY real estate market so finding a house took a bit more time and certainly a bit more effort… yet here we are! We’re happily settling into our beautiful new home all thanks to Marcy’s expertise. I would recommend Marcy in a heart beat to ANYONE looking for support buying or selling their home!

My husband and I have actually been fortunate enough to have Marcy guide us through the home buying/selling process on three occasions. When we first met Marcy, she was the seller's agent for a property having an open house. Even though she wasn't representing us at the time, she still walked us through the home buying process very thoroughly. So when we decided to start looking for our home, we asked Marcy to be our agent -- even though it wasn't her normal area. It was pretty evident that she did a lot of research into the area (areas of good schools, crime rates, comps in the area). So even though our first home purchase didn’t pan out (from the seller’s side), we had no hesitations using Marcy as our agent for our 2nd attempt at buying a house and as our seller’s agent when we ultimately moved from the area and sold our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. When we sold our house, she helped us understand what it meant if we were to accept the offer from an FHA buyer. She made sure we were always up to date on what was happening from the buyer’s or seller’s end, so that we really felt like we knew what was going on. When we had to move in a very quick timeframe, she even helped us line up a cleaner for our home when we were across the country. If we moved back to the area, I would have absolutely no hesitation in asking Marcy to represent us again.

Marcy is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with - and will only work with her in the future! As first time homebuyers, Marcy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. We showed up to our first meeting with two children under the age of three in tow, not knowing what we were doing, what we were looking for, or what to do next. Marcy gave us a a thorough overview of the process, and sent us home with a folder full of information and a list of next steps. From that point to the point we purchased our home, Marcy was with us every step of the way. She was always available to tour a home with us, always pointing out things she noticed, questions to ask, or things to consider. She had a good sense of what we were looking for and seemed to protect us against ourselves by creating space for us to consider every aspect of the properties we were considering. When it came time to make an offer, we were on the phone with her multiple times a day. She was there to support us through every decision point: she contacted town officials, followed up on loose ends, knew what we were going to ask before we asked it and had an answer ready. I know she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process, and she truly made a very stressful process less stressful. We recommend her to anyone, and I would choose to work with Marcy even if my own mother were a real estate agent!
