My husband and I started out with another agent from another company but decided to pull the listing and wait until after the holidays to pursue selling. Several agents reached out to us, however, we were lead to choose Marcus. We chose him because of his presentation and knowledge of how to go about marketing our home. He spoke with us about proper timing and how the market was at the present time. He also spoke with us about how his wife had an eye for staging and would advise us in preparing our home to be sold. Marcus and his wife were very professional and confident in the sale of our home. They assured us that our home would be sold so much so that the only question they asked was, “are you sure that you're ready to move ?” The rest is history. They are definitely the dream team.

Working with Marcus McClanahan was a wonderful experience. I originally started out trying to sell our house by myself, after several showings and a couple of no shows, Marcus contacted me and was verywell prepared with comps and alternatives. All in all we sold the house and I got a full price offer in just weeks after listing with him. I greatly reccommend him as your realtor, he was always professional in our contacts and was available whenever we had questions or needed advice.

He is not only super knowledgeable and professional but also a very kind and caring person. He originally helped us purchase our home. Then when we needed to sell, there was no doubt about who we would call to list our house. Both times we have worked with Marcus, he has gone above and beyond in my opinion. He not only did what was necessary, he also proved over and over how much he truly cares for his clients. Marcus is undoubtedly an exceptional Realtor. We had the opportunity and privilege to work with Marcus on the sale of our million dollar home. Marcus's organized and effective time-lined approach in managing the sale of a house, makes the process so much easier!!!. We had a very unique situation, due to a very narrow time frame. The buyers of our house requested 30 day closing, we were out of the country for 3 of those weeks and needed to buy another property and close within the same time. Marcus and his wife Colette worked day and night to make that happen and we will be forever grateful. We will never hire another agent as long as Marcus is around :)

My family and I tried to sell our home for six month without any luck. We were so frustrated we decided to pull our home off the market. Here is the situation. Dad no longer feels safe in his house and wants to move to an assisted living facility. He lives in NC. I live in NY. We have no family in NC except my father. WHAT DO I DO? A friend on mine in PA who is a high-level real estate agent recommended Marcus. After I interviewed him, I knew he was the one. He was professional yet down-to-earth friendly. Extremely detail-oriented. Took an interest in my father's situation and put a focus on my father's property as if he was a part of the family. I am also detail-oriented and had many questions about clauses within the paperwork. Marcus was more than willing to go through very tedious and technical language line-by-line. That being said, his transparency is exemplary. My schedule can get busy so there were times where Marcus had to chase me on some outstanding issues or docs needing execution.....and he did just that. No ball dropped at all by Marcus and his colleague, Collette. No deadline ever missed. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS REVIEW!!!!! He stated that he could get a certain price range and sell it within the first week it landed on the market. My father was dubious (as that is who my father is -- LOL), but IT TOTALLY HAPPENED THE WAY MARCUS SAID IT WOULD. The property sold the moment in landed in the market and it went for a price my father never anticipated. ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING TO MENTION Since I live in NY and my father moved to OK to be near my sis, how the heck was I going to manage all the necessaries to prep the home for sale. MARCUS CARES!!!!!! He referred reliable comapnies for the various needs and also assisted with the scheduling. THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. I am not a very religious fellow......but Marcus was a God-send. You will not be disappointed. This guy has a huge knowledge-base in his field and has a huge heart to accompany it. My family was so lucky to have come across this power-house of an agent.

It has been my pleasure to meet Marcus. He has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have met a few realtors in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt Marcus has been the best. He has been very helpful and kind but never once has he been pushy, arrogant, or talked down to me. I would recommend home to anyone!

I can not express my gratitude enough in one single post. Marcus was extremely profesional and diligent. Always in communication with me letting me know every step and process of this journey. Deadlines where never missed and inspections were always on point. He made sure my voice as a buyer was heard and the property was in outstanding for closing.
