My husband and I started out with another agent from another company but decided to pull the listing and wait until after the holidays to pursue selling. Several agents reached out to us, however, we were lead to choose Marcus. We chose him because of his presentation and knowledge of how to go about marketing our home. He spoke with us about proper timing and how the market was at the present time. He also spoke with us about how his wife had an eye for staging and would advise us in preparing our home to be sold. Marcus and his wife were very professional and confident in the sale of our home. They assured us that our home would be sold so much so that the only question they asked was, “are you sure that you're ready to move ?” The rest is history. They are definitely the dream team.
Working with Marcus McClanahan was a wonderful experience. Then when we needed to sell, there was no doubt about who we would call to list our house. Both times we have worked with Marcus, he has gone above and beyond in my opinion. He not only did what was necessary, he also proved over and over how much he truly cares for his clients. It was such a pleasure to work with Marcus and we are thankful for such a wonderful experience.
