Having to sell the house that had been our home since the early 1960's was a bit sad and stressful. Life long memories of births, weddings, Halloween parties, graduations and yes, deaths in the family there at 3411 Hueco. We initially contracted with another agent with a different realty company. He had an investment buyer that wanted to buy the house but when it came time to close on the property there were discrepancies such as no break down of commissions and that he wanted us to help the buyer qualify with his hard money loan. The agent couldn't explain to us how $10K was missing from the sale of the house. Our only bumps with Marcos were due to the title company not giving us complete requirements such as affidavits that made us having to go back twice with our witnesses to sign. The realty attorney also charged a bit more than we had anticipated. One would think that since they were experienced in these matters they already would know what the requirements were instead of having to make extra trips. Thankfully, Marcos guided us and tried to smooth the selling process. We will definitely recommend Marcos in the future.
