Marcos Bustamante

Marcos was great to work with when helping me buy my house at 8165 Josephine Circle. He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question, whether it was a text, call, or something I needed explained. I never felt like I was bothering him, and he always took the time to get back to me and keep me updated on what was going on. He also did a really good job when it came to knowing the market and helping me understand what was a good option and what wasn’t. He gave me his honest opinion and helped me make decisions without making me feel pressured. When it came time to make an offer and work out the details, I felt like he did a good job negotiating and making sure I was getting a deal I was comfortable with. What really stood out to me was how involved and helpful Marcos was throughout the whole process. He wasn’t just there to show me houses and handle the paperwork. He actually took the time to answer my questions, explain things, and make sure I was comfortable with everything. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’m really happy with my house and with how everything worked out. I would definitely recommend Marcos to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had an excellent experience working with my realtor. From beginning to end, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. He answered every question I had and was always available to take my calls, no matter the time of day. What impressed me the most was how hard he worked to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. He didn’t just settle for the first option—he helped me compare different banks and lenders to find the best loan terms and interest rate available. Throughout the entire process, he was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly had my best interest in mind. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone this dedicated and dependable made a huge difference. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Five-star service from start to finish!

Marcos is a great agent. Not only is he knowledgeable about everything he does, but he also explores with you all the options you have available. He is committed to help you make the right choice for you without considering his own interests. He is very respectful and keeps you updated with every step of any process. He always goes above and beyond to try to make the process as easiest possible for you. I look forwards to working with Marcos once again. Being a realtor is a skill, but Marcos’s relation with his customers is a gift!

Marcos was selected from interviews with 3 agents. We are so glad we chose him. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would. The house sold in 58 days! Can’t ask for a better agent than Marcos👍🏼
