Without a question, Marco is a true professional and a very honest and caring person. This is my third time working with him and I must say he knows what he is doing. He helped me with a real estate transaction again. As everyone knows housing market is so crazy these days. We just followed his advise every time and it really paid off. Marco saved us upwards of $25,000 thru negotiations in our purchase which is impossible in today's housing market world. He is a one stop shop for everything, I really mean everything. He secured us great financing with a low fixed rate. He prepared our newly purchased property for rental market within 7 days after closing and thereafter leased the property within 5 days at a great price! If you work with him, you don't have to look for any other person or company. Other great thing about him is, he will treat you like a family. You don't have to follow up with him for any kind of updates, he will make sure you are up to date on every step of the process. It's really hard to find people like him who builds true relationship with their clients. I am very lucky to have him on my side and without any hesitation will work with him again.

We inherited a 4-plex when my Uncle passed away. We had little or no paperwork to work off of as the property had been mismanaged. Marco took control of the property and completely renovated it and had to deal with non compliant tenants. Not only did he make the property look amazing but was able to get multiple offers within a day of listing. He raised the original suggested listing price by $150k and then got an offer $25k over that. He was able to sell with no seller credits to buyer in a pre-meditated way. I live in another state and wasn’t able to make it out to the property. Marco was recommended by family friends and we are incredibly grateful that he was. I completely trust him to have my best interests and would recommend him to anybody looking for quality property management and selling of real estate. I couldnt have asked for anyone better, and he made this a stress free process for us despite all the hurdles he had to overcome with this property.

I am writing this review today, which I rarely do, because I got above and beyond service from Marco and the Real Estate Center. Unfortunantly, my uncle passed away and we (me and my brothers) inherited a 4-plex in southern California. The 4-plex was in ill repair. The will stated that we had to sell the property. Me and my brothers live out of state, and...you know...covid. Marco was so fantastic to work with, he not only took control of updating the property for sale (which was alot), but he dealt with the long time residents of the 4-plex who were resistant and obstructive at first, and made them feel comfortable with the process. He streamlined all of the cash flow for utilities and upgrades prior to sale of the property. All turned out well. Better than well actually!! We initially thought, due to the condition of the property, that we would be over the moon on a $1 million dollar offer. Similar properties at the time, with upgrades were going for about $1.2 million at the time, but the property was pretty run down. After Marco finished the renovations, we were shocked. The place looked great. So much so that he suggested we list for $1.35 million and see what happens. Within 24 hours we had multiple offers and ended up selling for $1.375 mill. Cash offer!!! Needless to say we were blown away. I can't recommend Marco enough to anyone out there reading this. Not only did he get us top dollar, but, more importantly to me, he was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He kept us updated and educated about the process in a very pro-active way. He is easy to talk to and very logical throughout the process. In fact, he is actually working on a second project for us now due to how good the first experience was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Josh
