My Mom's house had to be sold. Years of neglect led to thousands of dollars in repairs we could not take care of. Marcie has always done right by us in the past, so we put it her capable hands. I got a dumpster and began to clean out the house. Marcie had several contacts whose services helped get the job done. It's not easy getting rid of a 1,000 lb. safe. The house went on the market priced to sell with offers required within a couple weeks. We had 1/2 dozen offers. Per Marcie's recommendation we accepted an offer that was higher than asking.
