From early pre-sale meetings to an incredible eye for detail, no stone was left unturned. They know what details are important to buyers and gave sage advice on how to present the house. Once we got to listing their marketing and reach on social media was a pronounced presence and a force to be reckoned with. The potential buyer draw was strong from day one giving us faith this would be a home people would want. They navigated the offer process with us eloquently and we felt really good that we got maximum value and our buyers were treated with respect. Marcy’s extended network, including legal expertise, helped immensely. We’d never sold a house before and they were valued guides the entire time.
My Mom's house had to be sold. Years of neglect led to thousands of dollars in repairs we could not take care of. Marcie has always done right by us in the past, so we put it her capable hands. I got a dumpster and began to clean out the house. Marcie had several contacts whose services helped get the job done. It's not easy getting rid of a 1,000 lb. safe. The house went on the market priced to sell with offers required within a couple weeks. We had 1/2 dozen offers. Per Marcie's recommendation we accepted an offer that was higher than asking. We had an amazing experience in finding a home with Marcie and Dave Rappa. They were such a great pair to work with, from Marcie's attention to detail and going through every room pointing out all the pros and cons to Dave's expertise in electrical, water heaters, roofs, and all the big ticket items. One of them was always available to answer our many questions or meet us at a potential property.
