Once we successfully entered into escrow, she was there every step of the way, communicating on a daily basis, negotiating on buyer requests, staying on top of every inspection and appraisal appointment and making sure the house stays in perfect shape until escrow closes. When we had doubts about the progress of escrow or requests from the buyers, she asked us to trust her to handle it and guarded our interests with a full sense of loyalty and responsibility.
