I couldn’t ask for a better realtor! It was by chance that I found her! I called on a Saturday looking for realtors and she answered right away and went to the house to look it over. I live out of state and she gave me the estimate the next day. I felt I was in excellent hands. Anytime I would call her she always answered. She was so patient and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. She was able to take care of hiring someone to clean it and haul out belongings. She sold the home in under 2 days once it was put up for sale. I can’t say enough good things about Marcia. Anyone that uses her will not be disappointed!

We were looking for an agent that would start sending us info on properties in our price range that met our needs. I initially spoke with 4 agents and asked that info be emailed to us until our property in St Louis was closed and we would then come to Ocala to purchase a property asap. We received info from 4 agents for a week. The second week we heard from 2 agents, and by week 4 Marsha was the only agent keeping in touch with info on all the new properties coming on the market . When we got to Ocala she immediately had appointments made and educated us to the market .
