Look no further than Marcia Kasper. As the housing market was changing daily, we were totally out of sync on how to price our home correctly for a quick sale. We didn’t want our home on the market for months and months. The amount of effort and time Marcia put into her market analysis was incredible. From the first day that we met, she spent hours explaining home prices and walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, she and her assistant Angie were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Marcia does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – she and Angie set our expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. Our questions were answered promptly and nothing was glossed over. Marcia was honest from the get go. That was most important. There was open communication from both Marcia and her assistant Angie. Appointments were made quickly at all hours. They even helped us find repair people for a couple of things that arose after listing our house.

Indeed she was very prepared, had elaborate documentation and explained very clearly all of the issues concerning listing and selling my own property. She is also very knowledgable, experienced, professional, personable, effective, and successful. At the time of the interview I listed my property. As soon as it went onto the market there were four showing in two days and on the second day there were two very competitive offers of which I selected the one best suited to my needs. During the required steps for arriving at closing she was always very effective and quick to repond to all issues to move the proceedings in an efficient and timely fashion. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor! It was by chance that I found her! I called on a Saturday looking for realtors and she answered right away and went to the house to look it over. I live out of state and she gave me the estimate the next day. I felt I was in excellent hands. Anytime I would call her she always answered. She was so patient and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. She was able to take care of hiring someone to clean it and haul out belongings.
