Look no further than Marcia Kasper. As the housing market was changing daily, we were totally out of sync on how to price our home correctly for a quick sale. We didn’t want our home on the market for months and months. The amount of effort and time Marcia put into her market analysis was incredible. From the first day that we met, she spent hours explaining home prices and walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, she and her assistant Angie were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Marcia does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – she and Angie set our expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.
