Marcia was recommended to me by my sister and brother in law. She had assisted them with buying and selling houses. She also helped my nephew sell a house. After meeting with her, she had my house professionally photographed before posting the listing. My house went on the market on Friday, there were four showings, and we had a signed contract the following Saturday for the price I wanted. She kept me informed during the closing process. Everything went very smoothly. I recommend her to any of my friends that need an agent.
