Our parents became Cleveland-Florida snowbirds about 20 years ago. In 2005 they bought a beautiful second-floor condo at Glen Eagles in Delray Beach FL. How they loved it there! In 2014 Dad passed away, but Mom continued wintering in sunny Florida. In November 2016, Mom fractured her femur and hip and needed months of rehab in Cleveland. By 2017, when it became apparent that living alone in a second-floor condo was no longer a safe option, Mom asked friends if they knew a good realtor. Marci once again orchestrated the removal of furniture and the professional cleaning of both Glen Eagles and Huntington Pointe, which during COVID- 19 was nothing short of miraculous! But BEST of all, better than one house purchased, two lovely houses sold, and furniture moved TWICE, is the loving care Marci showed Mom the entire time! Marci did an exemplary job in getting us to closing. She is totally honest and a tireless advocate for me, and I say that about very few people. The seller's agent was completely unreliable and had problems with the truth. Marci hung tough and always kept the mission in mind, which was the buy of the house. Marci is very "ladylike" yet firm. She knows what to say and what not to say. Her advice was always honest, and never pushed me to buy. In fact, one point she advised we could wait for another house to come onto the market. It was always about me and my best interests, not hers. I can recommend Marci without any qualifications, and I rarely do that. Marci is 100% terrific.
