Marci was incredible to work with! She was recommend to us by some close friends. Wish we had known to use her for our first house, wow! We sold and bought with her as our realtor, had a same day dual closing that went seamlessly. She had our house under contract in 10 days while many others in our neighborhood had been sitting for over a month. The next day we made an offer on a house that was accepted.
