Marcetta was great from looking thru properties for us and then arranging time for us to get in and see the ones we were interested in. She was also very helpful when we were getting ready to make an offer with doing some extra legwork to get us some additional information on recent sales and property conditions that helped us make a very favorable offer. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a property as she really helped us make a great deal! I am sure we will be doing another deal with Marcetta in the very near future!
