Not really sure where to start. Marcell was an integral part of us finding a home we love. We originally tested the market looking at various agents and eventually we decided on Marcell. What made us pick Marcell was that he was honest about every house he showed. We never felt like this was a person looking to push a home on us. It felt like Marcell genuinely wanted us to find the right home. He was always responsive, timely and on top of the whole process. Even with our busy schedules Marcell was able to take us to go see houses for times that worked for both me and my wife. His ability to spot issues, negotiate with sellers and make things happen has to be the best in the industry. He even helped us spray the home for bugs after my with spotted a dead water bug. I really can’t say enough about him. It was a true pleasure working with him and his connections run deep throughout the industry. If you are buying your first home or simply new to the area Marcell is the one you want to work with. I’m already excited about selling the home down the line so we can work with him again. A+ in absolutely all areas. If you want someone to BS you then find someone else. If you are serious about buying a home and ready to make the commitment, call him now.

He's knowledgeable on the metro atlanta area market, flexible, timely, open line of communication, honest, relatable, and informative. I wish he would have been more knowledgeable/informative on assistance programs and such.
