AH MAY ZING!!

Marc was AH MAY ZING!! I wanted to sell a 6 unit apartment building and he was very detailed and very thorough in getting the job done. He communicated with me almost daily and when a buyer came on the scene, he "held my hand" through the whole process and boy what a process!! If we decide to sell any other property, we will definitely call Marc Schwartz!!!

We were given Marc's contact information when we inquired about agents who were familiar with the properties in the Belcaro community in Valencia. Marc promptly met us and showed us what was available within the community, took us on a tour of the amenities and introduced us to the residents and staff. Our search lasted 18 months. Marc set us up with a program that emailed us all properties that came available in Belcaro and reached out to us personally on a regular basis. He also sent mailers to the residents in the community twice attempting to get listings. After many showings Marc secured the BEST property for us! It is the model, condition and location we dreamed of. Marc is friendly, personable, understanding, knowledgable and generally easy to work with. Best Agent Ever!

Marc was amazing. He helped us get prepared even before listing and showing of the Condo, developed fantastic marketing materials, held open houses every weekend, quickly generated a lot of interest and brought us three offers. All of the offers represented the highest sale prices in the complex...ever. Marc and his team of professionals walked us through the escrow process and seamlessly resolved any issues that arose.
