My dad and I retained the real estate services of Marc to assist with the sale of his Multi-Family home in Cambridge, MA. I decided to contact Marc based on his great rapport with prior clients and I can honestly say he absolutely delivered once again with his extensive real estate savvy and perseverance. Marc brought his years of expertise to our home sale endeavour and quickly reached the finish line. Before listing the home, Marc devoted time to create an enticing marketing campaign certain to attract many potential buyers. He also took the time to pre-list the home with fellow colleagues as a "Coming Soon" attraction to stir up buzz and needless to say, it worked! So well we attracted multiple offers and virtually sold in one day! Marc was attentive thru every step of the sale process and and never once fell short of expectations. To start off Marc started this whole thing with a cold call. I was mildly annoyed because I could care less about selling my home. I can say with confidence that today, I’m very happy he did. Marc’s Knowledge of the the space and timing in the market was incredible to watch unfold. He not only hired solid contractors but also guided them in what the modern consumer wants / needs in their home. He made sure to keep them in line and within budget. Not only did he assist me in that overwhelming process but he had a stager set in place & 60 people showing up at my open house for 3 days in a row. He knows how to market his projects and himself incredibly. Doesn’t hurt that he got me over asking and closed in less than 30 days! Haha. I’m ecstatic that I got that random phone call that day about selling my home. My time in MA has ended but I couldn’t have asked for a better departure than under the incredible care of Marc fiore! He’s pretty funny too. Not as funny as me but still funny. Thank you Marc! You’re the man.

Marc is simply a difference maker. He was able to get the open house for the home we wanted cancelled and went above and beyond to get our offer accepted. He was responsive and made himself available WHENEVER we needed his assistance. We would give more than 5 stars if we could.
