This is my second time using Marc as an agent. I've used him as a buyer and as a seller. I expressed a need to sell the condo he helped me purchase. During the beginning phases of the sale I was not the most easy client to reach, and Marc was very consistent in following up with me on the listing. I personally needed this because i had so much going on at the time, it pushed me to get the ball rolling. Marc has the ability to take honest and constructive feedback without taking it personal. He keeps a realistic level head during the selling process. He's been easy to work with, and available when I need him to be which is nice. He makes you feel like you're his priority even though i'm sure he has numerous other client. My only issue was that he was not spot on with his sale price recommendation for the area my condo was in. I ended up listing the property for what I thought was a suitable price given the comps in the area. I ended up selling the condo for my original ask. Was this a fluke? Who knows, but i'm glad I listed it for the price I wanted. Other than this I would recommend using Marc again. He's a straight shooter, and easy to work with.
