I recently retired and relocated to the Kissimmee area with my fiancee Cynthia to be closer to family. We had been looking for homes for approximately 2 months with no luck, we were discouraged and just hoping to get design ideas for whenever we purchased a home. Our frustration was at a boiling point due to the fact they may have to relist the house. Manny suggested we speak with a different lender who might be able to assist, Illiani Giannoni was my contact person and no one will believe this we closed in 12 days, needless say we were so grateful and appreciative. Manny gave us the names of Home Inspectors, Heating and Cooling Inspectors, Lawn Care, Pool Maintenance. Manny has not only become our Real Estate Agent but also a friend. This is the 1st review I've written on a real Estate agent and I've purchased 4 homes.
