Manny was extremely helpful across the board. I was a first time home buyer and had many, very basic, questions that Manny was more than happy to answer. He helped guide me through the process and keep me on track for where I needed to be. From the perspective of identifying good homes and potential issues, Manny is extremely knowledgeable in common issues with specific materials/builders/processes in the area pulling both from his experience as a realtor and remodeling homes. He is quick to identify a quick flip that may look good on the surface, but truly be hiding unwanted issues. Finally, Manny was always on top of the ball throughout the contract period, following up on issues with the selling agent and making sure everything identified in the inspection was taken care of accordingly. This was especially helpful as I was on nights for much of this time and mostly unable to respond quickly during the day.
