Manny was extremely helpful across the board. I was a first time home buyer and had many, very basic, questions that Manny was more than happy to answer. From the perspective of identifying good homes and potential issues, Manny is extremely knowledgeable in common issues with specific materials/builders/processes in the area pulling both from his experience as a realtor and remodeling homes. He is quick to identify a quick flip that may look good on the surface, but truly be hiding unwanted issues.
