My husband and I had a laundry list of needs for the house we wanted to buy. We wanted to live near a boat ramp but inland, have no HOA (to tell us where our boat could be parked or our guests when they visit), live on at least .5 to a full acre of land and have an open floor plan for a spacious kitchen, dining… room and living room.
