I would Highly recommend Manfred. He went way out of his way to find us a home and make the purchase happen for us. We were a 12 hour drive away from Spartanburg and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with Manfred. He made sure our inspectors had the power and water turned on for a complete inspection and stayed on top of the loaning banking firm to insure everything was done quickly and efficiently. Would only pick Manfred in the future to represent us for buying or selling a home.
