He is a hard working man he will answer your call even on the weekend if he has an appointment with you he always show up early i had been working with him for last 15 years I haven't been this point yet

Manfred is a good lad, efficient and works hard to get the best deal for you. He has a great sense of humor. He is diligent, precise and prompt to clarify any questions or issues that may arise. He was always reachable by phone or returned called promptly. He never showed up to our meeting on time .... he was ALWAYS early and there before us. (and personally, if we are on time, we consider ourselves late) I would highly recommend Manfred and we will be using his services again when we go to sell.

Manfred is amazing....we closed in one week after acceptance of my offer. He knows the ropes, gets the job done. I bought and sold with his help and will do it again if I ever move again.
