Nan and Mandy are a fantastic team and we are exceptionally pleased with their support in selling our home on Lake Damon. In the past 25 years, we have had more than 30 real estate transactions with 10 different realtors, so we have come to accept the variable level of service you can expect from realtors. Nan and Mandy far exceeded our expectations and their unending commitment to get a sold sign in our yard amidst several obstacles was simply remarkable and beyond what we have experienced working with any other realtor. We were away for a few months while our house was on the market so relied on them to keep an eye on the house and notify us of any issues. They even opened the blinds and turned the lights on before every showing, often on very short notice. Most notable was their help as we dealt with a manufacturer warranty claim on the relatively new shingles on our house, which jeopardized the sale more than once. We simply couldn’t have worked through that in the expeditious manner that we did without their legwork and efficient communication. It’s also worth noting that they are a solid collaborative team so between the 2 of them, one is always available and you can rely on efficient communication and action when needed. Nan and Mandy get our absolute highest recommendation. Even after closing they remained committed and helped us finish up a loose end after we had moved. They are great realtors and great people!
