Since Highlands County is such a great place to live and work, it is easy to know why Mandy continues to call it home. With her valuable knowledge and expertise of the area, Mandy is ready to find your perfect place in the community. Real estate is a passion for Mandy. With her background in Marketing and Financial Planning, it is easy to see why clients come to her for help when buying and selling. Mandy Thompson has been a part of the Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties family since 2016. In addition, Mandy serves at her local church and loves being a part of community events. She has also spent several years in the public school system teaching young children. When Mandy isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her with her family at the farm tending to the cows, chickens, and her garden.

About Nan

As a born and raised South Carolina girl, Nan McGregor moved south in 2019 to follow God's plan for her family when her husband accepted a children’s ministry position at a local church. With the southern charm and beautiful weather, Highlands County is a wonderful place to call home. After several personal real estate transactions, Nan realized an interest in becoming a realtor. So, once she raised her babies, Nan followed her dreams to become a local real estate agent. She proudly joined Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties and is very enthusiastic to help others find their dream home. Nan is very driven and dedicated, which is evident as she trains and runs marathons. She is passionate to help others as they relocate and find their dream home in the Heartland! Nan is a proud mother of three, and enjoys spending time with her family exploring all that Florida has to offer!

Nan was a professional, very helpful, and accommodating real estate agent from start to finish!

Nan helped my husband and I find just the right home for us. She was so easy to work with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, very organized, really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and helped us greatly with every step of the process. She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. She answered all of the questions we had, and if necessary, did the research needed to make sure we got our questions answered satisfactorily. For us (searching for a new home in a place we are unfamiliar with), she was a great wealth of information -- not just on particular homes, but on the area as well.
