I can't say enough wonderful things about Mandy, as a real estate professional, and as a person, and I recommend her with the greatest enthusiasm. My husband and I moved to the Peninsula in the middle of COVID, from Portland OR, due to a job relocation, and we were unfamiliar with the market and the area. Mandy's expertise was critical in helping us find the perfect home. There are many real estate agents in the Peninsula market, however, what sets Mandy apart from others we have met and worked with in the past is her warm personality coupled with the professional knowledge for a smooth transaction. We never felt pressured and Mandy was always available to show us listings.

I have not lived in the Bay Area for nearly 30 years. As an absentee owner I was concerned how I was going to sell my property. Because of Mandy's knowledge of the market and her feel for my needs as well as the needs of potential buyers, a sale was completed, to my total satisfaction. With Mandy's direction I always felt that progress was being made. My home was not the gem of the neighborhood, yet from the first meeting with Mandy to the close of escrow was less than two months. I can not imagine a smoother sale without Mandy's guidance.
