Mandy Draper is Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Community Real Estate, Inc. She was born in Santa Cruz and has lived in Santa Cruz County all her life.
Mandy has always been attracted to the construction and engineering fields. Throughout her high school and college years she worked as a residential framer before earning her degree in Civil Engineering fromSan Jose State University. After college Mandy went on to a successful construction management career as a Project Manager for a Bay Area commercial construction company. Recently she explored the design side of engineering, working as a Staff Engineer for a local geotechnical engineering firm.
Construction and engineering remain a passion for Mandy but her early success in real estate proves that she has found her true calling. A “people person” – Mandy goes above and beyond what anyone would expect in a real estate agent. She expertly walks clients through every step of the process from market preparation, marketing, negotiation, escrow and closing. By the end of a transaction her clients feel that they have received exemplary real estate representation and a life-long friend.
Mandy lives and works in Scotts Valley with her husband Matt and their two daughters. Her vision for Scotts Valley is of happy, healthy, connected neighborhoods where all children feel safe and have the freedom to explore. With this vision in mind, the Draper Family founded an organic educational farm in 2012 called Bee Fruitful Farms (BFF). The educational program at BFF focuses on sustainable agriculture for healthy bodies, healthy communities, and a healthy planet.
