Mandy was the biggest asset in finding our vacation rental, and quickly getting it set up and making money. She negotiated a great deal, at the height of the market, for a great cabin. She got us the lot next door for nothing, which gave us water access (at the HEIGHT of the market). She worked with her designer to beautifully furnish it at a very reasonable cost, and worked her tail off to get us ready to list. Her photographer was fantastic, and her expertise had us making a profit in the first five weeks. In this market, that says a lot. After our first 20 guests, her advice has enabled to us to keep our five star review, and near 100% occupancy rate. I can’t say enough about how invaluable she has been. I’m saving up to do my next deal with her!
