Mandy was amazing. We talked to her on a Thursday and then she met us twice to look at homes, and we found our dream home on the second day looking with Mandy. She sent us the MLS listings in the area that met our criteria, and my husband and I went through the entire list in about 3 hrs. We picked out a handful and Mandy got us into see the homes rapidly. My husband and I both knew that the one we chose was our house when we walked in it (and Mandy knew too). It didn't just meet, it exceeded, what we asked for. She respects your price and connects you to whoever you need (including mortgage, inspection, and so on). She walks you through the entire process and is there for you the whole time. She doesn't just get the offer in and ditch you like other agents do. She put a clause in so we knew the day we put our offer in that we had the house, so we didn't have to dread whether or not we got it and the seller couldn't accept another offer. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were overlooked by other agents, but Mandy listened to what we wanted and took the time for us. My husband and I work opposite schedules, so it is very hard to catch us at the same time, but Mandy worked with what times worked for us (including weekends). That is incredible and rare. My wife and I set out to find a house and kind of stumbled upon Mandy in our search. Little did we know it was going to be the best thing that could have happened to us.
