Mandy was awesome! She was our realtor since May-June 2022 timeframe up until we close in March 2023. We are first time homeowners and didn't know anything about buying a house. However, she showed her knowledge for when it came to the housing market and when to lock down. She gave me leadway but also gave me good advice on some things that, of course, I didn't know. Mandy managed to use her connects to lock us in and even through in a washer, dryer and fridge! Understanding that we come from a military side of things, she could relate and allowed us to feel comfort when it came to talking numbers for our mortgage.
