I have worked in customer service the majority of my life. I am high maintenance and expect quality service and up-to-date information without any follow-up. Manar Siba went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectation that my husband and I could have ever imagined for an agent. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market in our area. He returned EVERY call promptly, day or night, seven days a week and took as much time as I needed to thoroughly explain my questions.
