Manar is very professional, prompt with communication and is never going to feed you bullshit. He is helpful when negotiating and will pressure you when you as the buyer are slow to respond to items that need your attention to make sure the deal goes through.

Manar was very responsive and attentive to any request, the many requests this house purchase needed, although there were some roadblocks and delays, he stayed on top of the seller agent and the lender, great recommendations on home inspection and lenders, this isn't my first house purchase, but he made it feel like a breeze.

Manar was fantastic to work with. He has a very calm demeanor and never appeared to be stressed or bothered by anything. He knocked on our door one day and we asked him if wanted to take a look around. We had already had another realtor through, so we were interested in hearing his take on the home. Our choice is obvious. We slept on it and when he came back through, he made a bunch of promises about communication, attentiveness, effort, etc - and he delivered on every single one. He was genuinely engaged in our lives and the process. He clearly recognized our stress levels and was able to make us feel comfortable in the whole process. Our house sold faster than we hoped, for the price we wanted with the amount of effort that we wanted to put in. In other words, I don't think it could have gone any better.
