Mallory Bodnar

Thanks a million to Mallory for all her hard work. We have now bought and sold a total of 10 times and Mallory was by FAR the very best realtor we have ever had. I am going to do my best to explain how far above and beyond Mallory will go for her clients, but I know there is no way I could cover it all. I live 1800 miles from where we needed to buy a home. From the start, Mallory was eager and did not waste time getting to work on meeting our family needs, which happened to be a diamond in the rough. She understood the assignment! She went to more houses than I can remember and more than once to some. She would Facetime, video, take photos, and talk to me for hours if needed to make sure I had every possible answer I needed. I can tell you she spent many, many, many hours working hard for me and my family. There was a 2-hour time zone difference, and she took my calls at all hours. I was a total high-maintenance buyer and still, she would never say no to a request when I needed her. I will send everyone I know to her for as long as she is a realtor. We eventually found a house to love forever, and at some point, I mentioned how great a Christmas Village would look in a certain spot in the house. To my total surprise, a complete Christmas village was dropped on my porch after we closed. What a truly meaningful touch. We are in our forever home after moving around with the military for nearly 20 years, and there is no way we could live out our dreams if it wasn't for Mallory. There is much more to tell. Honestly, things are just racing through my mind that make me smile. Mallory, you will always be a part of our happily every after, and every day that I spend looking out over this slice of heaven, I'll be thanking you
