Mallorie is phenomenal to work with. She sold our condo in 5 days. FIVE DAYS! She is so knowledgeable about everything and answered my hundreds and hundreds of questions. If for some reason she does not know an answer, she will find it ASAP for you. Mallorie does not mess around and doesn't play the typical realtor games. She is down to earth and gives 110% to every client 24/7. It's very encouraging to know there are realtors out there like her. Without Mallorie I never would have been able to find, make an offer and purchase my home. She sent me text as soon as a listing came available. she immediately set up viewings, at one home other buyers pulled in the driveway before we even left. That home sold the same day. In just a matter of a few weeks we found my dream home in my dream location, There is where Mallorie truly went to work for me the buyer. She helped me place an offer, reply to a counter and got me a fair price for my dream home. Throught the four weeks of financing she was in constant contact, even when she was on vacation.
