First time home seller.... I live in Florida so I didn’t have any face to face interaction with Mallorie. She handled everything, communicated, and got me over asking price. Sale took a little longer than I hoped for only because the first accepted offer fell through due to financing. Mallorie had another accepted offer within a week. Literally awesome work. Should I ever buy/sell in Michigan again I know I’ll be calling Mallorie to get it done for me. 10/10
