This was my first time buying a house. Malissa made this way easier than people made it out to be. She always had an answer when I asked questions and she did everything in a timely manner. Malissa is definitely a professional, very friendly, and easy to work with. If I buy a house in this area again she is gonna be the first person I call. 10/10 recommend.

Buying a home is a wonderful experience! However, it comes with a lot of uncertainty and stress if you have less than perfect credit. Missy made the process easier to handle and was awesome for advocating on our behalf. Being able to communicate with the loan officer was difficult at times. When those moments happened Missy would contact him and find out what we needed to know. In times of stressing out she kind of doubled as a therapist. She has a calming presence. We would recommend Melissa Lorson to everyone. If, in the future, we're ever in the market to sell and/or buy Missy will be the first call we make.
