This was my first time buying a house. Malissa made this way easier than people made it out to be. She always had an answer when I asked questions and she did everything in a timely manner. Malissa is definitely a professional, very friendly, and easy to work with. If I buy a house in this area again she is gonna be the first person I call. 10/10 recommend.

Missy has been instrumental in the buying and selling of multiple properties my family members and i have purchased. She is always available to us if we have questions, or concerns. We met Missy through her daughter and assistant Allison at an open house. Allison was really sweet and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Although that initial house didn't fit our needs Allison said her and Missy could assist us in our search. Shortly after we saw another house that we wanted to look at and I reached out to Allison who was prompt with contacting Missy and reached out immediately. Ever since the initial meeting with Missy, she's been consistent in her promptness as homes tend to go fast in the area. After a few more houses and Missy being extremely patient with us as we were searching for our forever we found the one. Missy was there every step of the process, was kind and knowledgeable. She's your realtor!

Missy went above and beyond in every capacity to make this process as smooth as possible! We needed to find a property somewhat quickly and do so while we were not in the area. Missy did not hesitate to find a way to get us showings during the short time we were in town and used video tours when we were not in town. This resulted in us being able to place offers quickly in a competitive market and ultimately secured a property that fit our every need. If that’s not enough, Missy was able to help us secure a short term rental while we waited to close and move into the new house.
