I was am a first time home buyer and had no clue what was going on and for each step of the way she was right there with answers to my questions or the ability to take it someone who knew a better answer to it. I was trying to buy at the beginning of covid. This added a lot of pressure to make sure everything happened before loans stopped getting through and everything else shut down and she pushed hard to get my documents, forms and deposits submitted in time.She was also very interested in understanding what I was looking for in a place instead of just looking for a place with working utilities and a roof. She wasn't shy in giving her opinions and made them as constructive as possible and as informative as possible so I understood what she was saying.I highly recommend her to anyone first time buying and even those that just want to make sure their agent is working for them and not just a pay out.
