I've trusted Malisa to sell 2 of my homes, and both times she delivered results that exceeded every expectation. She sold each home well above market value, shattering neighborhood comps when other agents said it couldn't be done! She's relentless, incredibly knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, and always transparent. No matter what time I called or emailed, she was there. If you want a realtor who gets results instead of excuses, she's the one.

This is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever known. I could call or email her at crazy hours and she would ALWAYS get right back to me. I was very picky and on a crazy budget, so it took me quite a while to pick my house. She was incredibly patient and was happy to show me place after place. She even drove me to them since I didn’t have a car! She genuinely wanted me to LOVE my 1st home. I had never bought one before, and she took care of everything from all the emails and paperwork to finding me a roofer to satisfy my insurance requirement. She was so great that I plan to flip this place and do it all over with her again as soon as I finish this one. I’ll never use another realtor, and you shouldn’t either! 😄😄😄

Malisa did an awesome job helping me buying my house. We had been looking for many houses for a couple weeks before I decided to buy my current house. She was friendly, responsible, honest, well-organized and always available for me anytime whenever I had questions. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help for buying or selling their house.

Malisa is a truly fantastic realtor who made her goal getting us what we wanted. Malisa helped us buy a condo in this crazy market. Malisa exceeded our expectations during the entire process, from looking every week to finally, the actual purchase. I would recommend Malisa, if you really want to find real estate to purchase.

I can’t praise Melissa enough! She was outstanding in her support and knowledge. She was very accommodating to my busy schedule and has a great network of professional that made the closing process very streamlined. Not only does she know the industry very well but she is a fighter. My offer was accepted the first day the house went on the market with 13 other offers.
