Malinda was tirelessly diligent from June 2023 thru September 2024 in finding the perfect house in a nice neighborhood for me and my son. She sent me videos of walk-throughs of all the properties and explained all the positive and negative aspects of each one. She was extremely helpful through the stress by providing a great lender and an inspector who helped us avoid a "money pit" on a previous house.
