Melinda wasted no time setting up tours! She was knowledgeable of the locations visited and really made the whole experience comfortable. Malinda was tirelessly diligent from June 2023 thru September 2024 in finding the perfect house in a nice neighborhood for me and my son. She sent me videos of walk-throughs of all the properties and explained all the positive and negative aspects of each one. She was extremely helpful through the stress by providing a great lender and an inspector who helped us avoid a "money pit" on a previous house.
